The fintech SaaS platform is a mobile-first invoicing and payments SaaS built for contractors and field service professionals. Originally launched as a mobile app, the company was transitioning to a full web-based SaaS model while keeping mobile usability central to the product. This shift required a stronger online presence to compete with established players and capture new customers.
But with low domain authority, shallow keyword coverage, and a site weighed down by technical issues, the company struggled to get in front of its target audience. Its strongest competitors were already capturing search demand with higher DR scores, programmatic landing pages, and extensive content libraries. This left the company nearly invisible in a market where search is a primary acquisition channel.

Conduct a comprehensive SEO audit
The process began with a full-scale audit covering technical setup, site structure, and content performance. The review surfaced several barriers that limited visibility, including missing titles, broken backlinks, and orphan pages. With these gaps identified, a clear roadmap was created to prioritize fixes with the highest impact on visibility.

Around these, a publishing system was established to produce 55 new blog articles and 20 industry-focused landing pages targeting high-intent searches. Each piece was mapped into clusters, where pillar pages captured broad terms and supporting blogs funneled relevance back.

A structured internal linking framework connected blogs, landing pages, and conversion-focused assets. This helped distribute link equity more effectively and improved crawlability. Content was tailored for the platform’s mobile-first audience and optimized for LLMs to maximize clarity and visibility in search.

Strengthen technical and authority signals
Technical foundations were refined to make the company’s site easier for search engines to access and understand. Missing and duplicate H1s were corrected, sitemap and metadata issues were resolved, and 404 and orphan pages were fixed to restore clean crawl paths and consistent structure.
At the same time, authority gaps were addressed through link reclamation and targeted outreach. Redirecting 44 broken backlinks recovered lost equity, while new, high-quality links helped build the trust signals needed to compete with higher-authority SaaS brands.

Conversion-focused optimization was applied across key pages to strengthen user flow from discovery to engagement. Navigation and internal linking were refined to connect informational content with core product pages.
